Hi! My name is Goldie/Scim. For my written fiction, I also use the pen name: B. R. Hiram.My work is a mix of Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, OCxCanon & original content! My stories focus on strong fantasy; romance; horror and LGBT+ themes intended for teens and/or adults.My two main high fantasy headworlds are: The Blue Bones unviverse and The Quartet universe, leading me to turn the individual stories that make up these worlds into books, visual novels, animations, or games; it simply depends on what medium I feel tells the story best.However, I do also make oneshot stories, typically for game jams (eg. O2A2 and Spooktober VN jams) or as short stories I can sell on Itchio and Amazon.All of my content is available as either early or exclusive access on my Patreon, with the lowest tier being $1 if you wish to support me and my work.

Terms of Service
PAYMENTS
Payment is upfront and your commission will only begin once it has been paid for.If you would like to cancel the commission, you will be given a partial refund before or during work on your request.
If the commission is finished, there will be no refund.
REVISIONS
You may ask for major & minor revisions during the sketching and lineart phase (lineart will also come with flats to ensure the colours are to your liking).
Once the commission has entered the shading phase, you may ask for minor revisions only.
Extensive edits during the lineart or shading phase will result in an additional fee of 25 GBP.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
When I am working on a commission that requires consistent communication between myself and the client (Illustrations, Character Sprites etc.), the client will have 72 hours (3 days) to respond to my DMs (done exclusively through VGen), starting from when the commission has been paid for and I have accepted the request.
If the client does not reply within that timeframe, I will continue onto the next step of the commission (eg. Sketch to Lineart & Flats). Please be sure to check your VGen DMs when commissioning me if you want to ensure you're getting what you paid for!
(If there are any issues on my end that would result in me being the one to exceed the 72 hours timeframe (eg. Computer Failure or Holiday), the client will be informed & timeframe halted until I can continue working on the commission)
I always do my best to finish a commission and have it ready for the client within one week of its initial request. As mentioned prior: if there is an issue resulting in this timeframe being extended, the client will be informed on the matter.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The commissioned work CANNOT be used for AI/AI training and/or NFTs.As the artist, I reserve the right to post any and all work to my socials and use said work in my portfolio. Additionally, if my work is reposted by the client, I MUST be credited.
I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of everything I create.
You may not claim my work as your own and you may not edit/alter the artwork after it is completed unless given explicit permission by myself: GoldieClaws.Failure to follow these rules will result in a DMCA and potential ban from requesting my services, depending on severity.
